No country should accept such a request from France. If they voluntarily take them back from a country from outside the Dublin regulation as a result of a deal that the other EU MSs are not a party to…then that should mean that France will be the responsible party.

No one in the EU has any reason to allow the UK to getting away with not taking their fair share (like when they were a MS).

Luckily, no one in the rest of the EU has anything to do with this deal.
If some of the other EU countries object to this deal, France might experience difficulties when discussing these matters within the club.

Yes. Prepare for that Article 5 kicking in and get them the hell into NATO asap. The rest of Europe will cope with war against Russia now or later anyways, best off stopping Russia's advances now, both in land acquisition and military strength.
