I also love cheese and alcohol..I cut out both for a while and it really helped and now I can eat both in moderation..but pizza, especially at night, is a bit of a no no.
Oh crikey the thought of cutting out cheese AND alcohol, and possibly bread - shoot me now!
Seriously, I can be self-disciplined about eating but I’ve never banned anything even when I was on a successful weight-loss diet. Banning it makes me crave it! Good advice tho, thank you.

You don't have to cut it out completely or forever..but agree it's a pain.
