Back in my 30s, I was an active gym member but later I got into Pilates and Nordic Walking. I still have my mat and my poles. I am going to dust them off as I am somewhat lapsed in both! I'd like to join a class for Pilates as it's a bit cramped doing it at home and I'm not sufficiently disciplined!

I’d love to do Nordic Walking but can’t find a local group. Also loathe to try to schedule another regular outside activity at present.

Pilates class is best but I can’t bear the thought of a whole 45 mins/1 hr. Feel 15-20 mins, or a couple of shorter sessions, more often, better for me.
