Too much dairy does it for me. I can and do have dairy but just have to be careful not to forget the cumulative effect! Also caffeine and garlic and don't get me started on aubergines. Stress is another trigger (isn't it for everything?).
Love good coffee (only 1 cup a day usually), garlic, aubergines, dairy as well as sweet treats - no doubt sugar is lethal too! Have been a bit anxious but not stressed. All such a bore! Used to be able to eat anything without ill-effects.

Sugar. Love it but... 🤷♀️ Sugar (+ overload of what I call 'heavy' carbs - potatoes, pasta, bread, pastry) doesn't do me any favours at all nowadays (it is an age thing, I think). When I cut out all sugar and keep carbs to weekends I notice a distinct improvement in energy levels and gut 'behaviour'.
