Universities cost money, that cost goes up over time. 3 ways to pay:
- Taxation
- Domestic fees
- International fees. If you oppose increasing any of these accept:
- Unis will go bust/shrink
- fewer UK students go to uni
- less research
- economic hit, likely to places that can least afford it.

This is because an EV needs 1/4th the power to go same distance as a gasoline car-so end-use power goes down 4 units for each 1 unit of electricity increase
