    On Jan. 6, 2021, six men dragged Officer Michael Fanone down the Capitol steps. They tased him. They beat him until he was unconscious. He had a heart attack. He suffered a traumatic brain injury. And Trump pardoned those very same men.

    I lived in Dallas for 12 years. There are a few glimmers of “good people doing the right thing” in TX, but SO much bigotry, racism, and lack of awareness. I recently had the option to move back, but no f-ing way. If the Republicans there push these gerrymanders through, we are lost as a Democracy.
