Ooh, thank you 😎. Looks like Bendix is (or was, poor dear) in Beezus and Ramona, which I've not read. Ramona the Pest appeared in '68, 13 years later, by which time a rechristening would have been in order. Went down quite the 🐇⚫ this AM -- didja know there's a Bendix History Museum in S. Bend?
