For those who think tariffs will help manufacturing here in the USA, your “Made in USA” fridge isn’t carved out of bald eagle feathers.
The parts come from all over the world & tariffs make those parts cost more.
So you’re paying extra for the privilege of thinking you’re sticking it to China.
Anyone in ‘Merica who honestly thinks fridges or any other product is built by people is nuts. Most items are build by automation with very few ‘people’ workers. Everything is getting more and more automated. So if you’re waiting for the new TACO manufacturing jobs - don’t hold your breath.
