Schools are now working with this "charity" to get children as young as 5 years old to write "love letters, Valentine's Day cards and make "pledges" to adult refugees. We have full confidence that schools and teachers organise age-appropriate activities and follow rigorous safeguarding procedures to ensure every child's safety during such activities.     Ugh. My kids school is a school of sanctuary and they had a project about making people welcome, but of course the outrage brigade are gonna object to kids being taught basic compassion.
