  6. I first witnessed this action in Nashville, TN in 2006 when homeless camps were forcibly removed prior to the CMA Music Fest, a weeklong event bringing 100,000+ visitors to the city.

    Every year this happened. And every year the homeless returned downtown after the event was over.

    Rinse. Repeat.
