Plus it’s a downgrade for him. Does he really think he can win? Looks like a publicity stunt so people will give him money for favors. He’s like a radio person that got fired only to downgrade themselves to a lower position somewhere else.

There’s no one in it more for himself than Andrew Cuomo. He’s got so much political baggage, it’d be a waste of time electing him. Nothing would get done.
