Don't go look this person up and respond to it or anything but like this is key evidence that people literally have not read the post they're referencing.
Where did I say that men were incompatible. I said people should be deliberate about using men, and also that I won't read something about them.

I couldn't stop you disagreeing even if I wanted to. but if the idea of lesbians having something that is largely by and for us pisses you off so much you start engaging in provocation or sexually harassing us, I think it's pretty clear that you need to reflect on that
