I REALLY, REALLY hope you're right. I'm pretty despondent about it right now. I'm one car wreck or bad medical diagnosis from needing Medicaid and am 10 years away from being able to collect SS and Medicare. They already pushed the date out to collect SS and Medicare.

Yep, back in the 1800s (based on cookbooks I've referenced) you want to use EVERY part of the animal, both out of respect to the animal itself and to not be wasteful and have rotting product where vermin and scavengers can eat and then set up shop in your property. Sausage is meant to do that.

Many cultures eat noodles and/or soup for breakfast. Vietnamese pho was originally a morning food, from what I have understood.
- There is no inherent reason breakfast food needs to be categorically different than lunch + dinner. There is nothing about pancakes or omelets mandating they only be consumed in the morning, nor is there reason to not eat noodles or sandwiches for breakfast.
