As I am getting further into transitioning a lot I cling to being non binary because although I am happy with everything going on physically I look at "masculinity" and just... want to get as far away as possible from whatever is going on there

I at least personally don't know anyone who has gotten an academic position and it seems like I would have had to have had many years/decades as an archivist and/or librarian and also publications before that would be possible
