Somehow it’s okay for Kirk to spout hate on his platform; to give a stage to literal Nazis; to promote violence against minorities, women, Muslims, the LGBTQIA+ community, etc. But when someone uses violence against a Christian white man, now it’s a problem.

Kirk stoked violence against the most vulnerable people on a daily basis. People are dehumanized, brutalized, and murdered because of the lies he preached. He deserves no sympathy.

What about the deaths that his hate speech inspired and provoked? The right has declared war against anyone not white, male, and christian. Hate crimes have precipitously increased over the past 10 years and Kirk has been a voice in that. He was a violent individual and deserves no empathy.
