Only through regular mail. You can still ship things from Europe registered mail or any number of other ways.
Registered mail is also suspended from many countries, and is subject to the exact same rules around tariffs as regular mail. Some couriers are also suspending some services (eg DHL)

Maybe it will wake people up. I hope, although I'm not crossing my fingers.
To wake people up they have to first understand why it's happening.
