it would have to be the state legislature who voted to remove the dems from their seats...but Abbott is signaling them to do so...Our Texas Dems should file an injunction even if it has to go to SCOTUS. But i just saw info on the salaries the legislators make & it's horrid. No wonder they are weak!
we are in a cold civil war. looking back on real war tactics, alot of it very reactionary and harsh per retaliation. Our Dems in congress have jumped ship ages ago...Texas Dems are weak. If they were not, Texas would not be a fascist state. They have legal means to resist, yet don't use it 😒
