This reads like that libertarian/common sense anger at the person burned by hot McDonald’s coffee. There’s a lot not sympathetic about this person but we are so bad at being a society these days we can’t assume they “should’ve” known not to drink this milk if it’s being sold with a wink.
I'm not clear what your take is on the McDonald's coffee case, but the two are very, very differant. McDonald's was definitely at fault.
