this only emphasizes the haphazard, unsophisticated, and slapdash decision making of this whole tariff scheme. nothing is thought through, consequences aren’t considered and everyone just acts as if this is all just normal business.

it’s called a motion to vacate and it only takes one member to introduce (currently). the House votes within two days but if the majority party is satisfied with their speaker nothing will change.
