As I said
I’m reading Victor Klemperer’s diaries now, which describe waves of rumors and years of changes in emotional atmospherics, sometimes within the same day. So I assume the current rumor is more indicative of life under authoritarianism than anything else.
Now you know what Ukrainian internet looks like every time putin vanishes to get more face fillers.
