On what basis are you criticising it or calling it “impartial”? Not all owners are just the same because they’re owners. The fact they’re an autocratic state is the most significant fact possible.

They’re not owned by an autocratic state. Neither the Glazers nor Ratcliffe have anything even close to the same wealth, or same motivations for buying the clubs.

Because they’re an autocratic state that owns at least 7% of the world’s oil - they have limitless cash. There is no need to eke it out of supporters.
But the reality is they don’t especially care about fans from the local community - this is deeply linked to “sportswashing” aims
