Migrating from ex-twitter.....let's see how it goes
My HS, certain stair wells were designated smoking areas. If someone was caught smoking near a hallway, they were just told to go to "first floor East" (or something) if they want to smoke.
It's becoming apparent to me that many people do not know that before the 90s there was absolutely cigarettes in high school en masse or that many high schools even sold cigarettes themselves!
We are a victim of our own public policy successes
