Gen X here. Yes, it went to crap but most haven't learned those rights were fought for! I worked the prison law library. Inmates dig for the rights they have in books and learn how to fight to get them recognized.

As someone who has been technically Homeless for a year and 3 months, this is insanity. My whole life involves working with and being around the unhoused in my City. The man is a moron and crime is the lowest in DC in 30 years!
