If there is no statute on the books, or rather, one that could be interpreted... uhm... creatively... then I suppose they could sue under an unjust enrichment theory. After all, it was the Orange Ass-et/Sec Hogsbreath who banned trans troops to begin with. 1/

Hm. I’m old enough to remember when that was called unlawful imprisonment. And would think that doing so to elected officials would elevate the charge to aggravated something or other..
