I’ll never forget when people tried to explain that the reason why Andrew Tate was so successful was because the patriarchy already normalizes misogyny and entitlement at such an early age for young boys and so many leftists were like “how DARE you imply that teenage boys can be sexist!”

The amount of (let’s be honest, white and/or male) leftists and progressives that struggle with the fact that many people, even the well meaning “non-bigoted” types treat discussion of bigotry and oppression like a personal attack sure is impressive
