I took a very questionable NSW Govt document access refusal decision to NCAT. Just before the first Tribunal hearing the Govt has totally backflipped. What if I’d been an average citizen less familiar (or less tenacious) with the GI(PA) Act? Officials must do better! #nswpol #FOI
