Trump and his supporters pretend that he made money from real estate. He didn't. That was a myth created by "The Apprentice." He lost money in real estate.

The most money he ever made--$3.4 BILLION--was from his presidency, which he got elected to by pretending he was successful in real estate.

  1. They couldn’t even use his real boardroom because it was old, broken down and a disgrace, so Mark Burnett had one built for TV. He is a FAILED businessman, a fraud, a bigot who used the “N” word frequently and made inappropriate comments about the women when his nasty mouth wasn’t moving.

  2. That damn apprentice show! So much fictional misinformation spewed that fed the people that became his ardent supporters. None of it was real magats. It was designed to entertain, it wasn't a documentary! It was a big bluff!!!!

  3. The thing that frightens me is the Germans couldn’t stop it. It took the rest of the world to stop it so to me the question is how to motivate the rest of the world to save us after our country has mistreated the rest of the world.

  4. The celebrity he acquired from 'The Apprentice' & his tireless efforts at self-promotion led to him becoming president & becoming a billionaire

  5. It takes special kind of talent to inherit millions and millions and then lose it in real estate and casino businesses, not worth screwing your siblings out of their fair share.

  7. They don't fucking care. Someone told me yesterday that her entire MAGAt family, who are all evengelicals, don't care about his character. They only care about his shitty policies, which they wholeheartedly endorse. It's sickening.

  8. The only successful business Trump has ever had has been selling MAGA crap to idiots and fundraising off their stupidity.

  9. But he'll eventually tank the economy and lose money from being president too.

  10. It took producers 2 weeks to train him to say “you’re fired” correctly…rehearsing 2 words for 2 weeks…🤦‍♂️

  11. It doesn't matter how much money trump accumulates over his lifetime. His legacy already sealed by the fascism that he brings to the US. He will be remembered as such. A fascist I dream of someday watching the peasants kick trump's head around like a soccer ball after they chop it off his fat body

  12. Trump knows how to market his image. As a business owner, he is a failure.

Throughout a false business deal, they stole money from the contracted workers.

The presidency gave another source of revenue to steal from our tax dollars.

  13. The entire Trump story is a fake. He’s self made in the way that he invented his successful businessman persona. That people either don’t see or care is remarkable to me. His whole presidency has been that way. All for show and no substance.

  14. So much for the Emoluments Clauses. Yep, it’s a thing. So wether a jet (that your tax dollars will retro fit it for secure use) or crypto currency or Real Estate Licensing deals or who knows what more, the idea is to protect the integrity of the office! 🤣😂🤣 that ship has sailed!

  15. He has over 6 bankruptcy, including a few casinos, house doesn't always win, an airline university, steaks, etc....his whole persona is reality show hype. He's a con man 🔥

  16. The fee you get for money laundering through real estate transactions tends not to show up on tax forms. As we all know, on paper, it looks like he never earned a dime.

  17. Netflix did a series called Dirty Money. One episode, Confidence Man was about Trump. The guys who created The Apprentice say it was satire on their part. They saw what a fake he was & is & they wanted to expose it in the program. Nobody seemed to get the joke.

  18. After losing daddy's $ Trump started laundering Russian mob $ with real estate. He sold them a $200k apt for $1 million, kicked back $700k and used the $1mil sale price to get loans on similar property's.

  19. Technically, he made money off the real estate of the United States by selling people, mostly children until this administration, and his soul.

  20. He bankrupted casinos! How does one do that??

    A fraud, a failure, a criminal...a disgusting human.

  21. And when they throw them out of office, they should go after all the money he made take it back and redistribute it to those who need it in the United States.

  22. He is, and has always been, a con man. He successfully conned his way into the most powerful job on the planet. It’s a tragedy.

  23. The myth of Trump the real estate mogul was always just that—a myth. Reality shows his wealth came largely from political power, not property deals.

  24. Trump would have been a better businessman if he had just put his inheritance in the bank and kept his fucking mouth shut for the rest of his pathetic life.

  25. Locally in Palm Springs, after Trump's casino business filed for bankruptcy, he was fired by the local tribe of the 29 Palms Band of Mission Indians (also known as the descendants of the Chemehuevi people) because Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts did such a bad job.

    "Donald, you're fired."

  26. “The Apprentice “ creator and producer even publicly apologized for lying to America about tRump being a successful real estate tycoon. Apparently he was just trying to hype his show.

  27. not long before his presidency, he faced stress when he couldn't get anyone to hold his debt. It was in the press, I'm not looking it up. Regular banks would no longer deal with him. At the last minute, Russian oligarchs agreed to hold his debt. I wonder what they were told, that made them do that.

  28. Trump is a failure, felon, and rapist. The Republicans are who are holding him up as their savior and granting him billions of dollars. the Republicans have lost their way

  29. Exactly! He had never had a successful business until the Presidency. Jr. and Dumber said so on Fox. I shouldn't have listened to them, it made my blood boil! They claimed they had no choice but to violate the Constitution because they had no money. By that logic, if we're broke, we could steal too.

  30. He would have made more money doing nothing with his inheritance(via interest) vs trying to role play as an investor. I mean, my dude bankrupted casinos. How is that even possible?

  31. He made money using real estate as a money laundering scheme. Whether the property actually generated profit (it usually does) is irrelevant, he funneled billion$ of dirty money through his real estate scams and it came out clean (minus his fee) on the other end.

    No genius there, just willingness.

  32. He probably earned some money by trafficking young girls from Russia to Epstein Island

  33. Fred trump made a lot of money in real estate, primarily thru post-war govt contracts building cheap housing in the outer NY boroughs. It's well documented when Fred aged his son claimed his father's fortune and got Fortune Magazine to believe him for awhile. The son's always been a fraud & a con.

  34. And he keeps milking his office for money. Witness the newest profit center: his grand Gaudytorium. We don't think invitations to dine and dance there will come cheap, do we?

  35. NBC and the Today show created his image bringing him as a guest and referring to him and his ego as “the Donald”. They helped create the myth of his political persona by treating him as though his opinion mattered in politics. I quit Today at that time.

  36. Trump would be richer if he'd invested his inheritance in the local Savings & Loan. All his businesses have been disasters. Pillaging the royal treasury was the only way he could appease his judgemental Father-Phantoms.

  37. The only "deals" he ever made were branding... lending his name to buildings OTHER developers built.

    0
  38. Oh, he made money - by helping Russian oligarchs launder their money through his casinos and real estate. He just knew how to keep the money off his balance sheets. Trump couldn't run a lemonade stand without committing a crime.

  39. And the fortune he inherited was the result of theft from US taxpayers: as the documents leaked to the NYT by Mary Trump showed, Donald's father handed him about $400 million derived from tax evasion and fraud on federal building contracts.

  40. Declared bankruptcy 6 times including casinos. You have to be a real moron to go broke with casinos.

  41. His dad was successful at scamming government contracts and building subpar buildings. Trump bankrupted casinos. He lost his family's money, he lost his apprentice money, now he's working on shaking America down until there is nothing left

  42. I’m from NYC. We have always known this. He fails at and destroys everything he touches, making money only on the Apprentice’s illusion of success.

    1
  43. Yeah before that the only time he made money was getting paid for the Apprentice. Before the graft everything he’d ever been in charge of lost money (and there is still time. Fraud comes with disgorgement as damages)Take it ALL back

  44. They tend to ignore the several bankruptcies. Many of us who grew up in NYC knew he was a fraud and liar. Not to mention trash from Queens, where I grew up. We thought he was trash too. Not to mention tacky and classless

  46. What are you talking about? He went into the office the 1st time, with $3.6 net value. He left the presidency at $2.6 Billion. He LOST a billion being the president. The first president not to enrich himself since Jackson. Now, he came into the 2nd presidency with a net worth of $12+ Billion.
