  1. The Times has got some basic legal points wrong. There's no requirement for visa waived visitors (such as UK citizens) to have travel medical insurance. Nor is there a requirement to have a return ticket, just the means to buy one (or being in a position to acquire such means lawfully).

  2. A possible hypothesis is that the authors used ChatGPT for "research", and did not check the results. Another is that this is a deliberate untruth, to enrage people for clickbait purposes. Or a simple misunderstanding they didn't check.

    Anyway, deeply unimpressive stuff for a front page story.

    Need focus on total remuneration, not just pay.

    Exec pay should be subject to a binding vote by employees, and customers (wherever possible).

    Democratise big business to curb inequalities and abuses.
