If someone tells you there's nothing we can do about gun violence beyond thoughts and prayers, remind them:

We don't have to live like this.
I honestly feel sorry for Americans. The 1st time I ever saw a gun was when I stood behind a police officer. I have sent my kids and grandkids to school knowing they will always be safe. We introduced significant gun laws after our first gun massacre. America only offers thoughts and prayers?
