Oh that must have been hard. Another of my friends recovered very slowly. It’s so variable!

It seems to vary so much from one person to the next, from what I’ve seen. J has been doing weights work for at least a year and is very strong. I think it will help her recovery go well. She’s doing great so far.

My friend had knee replacement surgery this week, so we friends are rotating in to help her as she gradually gets back on her feet—literally. Others provided meals and loaned rehab equipment. I’m in the minority amongst us because I still have all-original joints!
