At what point does this become a violation of Posse Comitatus even to the current SCOTUS?
The real danger is that this becomes something that seems normal. "Doing something", however ineffective and however illegal will always be popular with part of the population.

Wholesale prices for fresh veggies were up 38% last month.

It certainly applies to MAGA.
We’ve heard it said: “the cruelty is the point.” But why make cruelty the centerpiece of a political strategy that inflicts pain on enemies and supporters alike? Because in Trump's brand of sadopopulism, inflicting pain is the strategy itself.
Sadopopulism and the Fascist MAGA Ethos
Trump’s policy is to inflict pain, even upon his own voters. But why does this work, and what will stop it?

At first I thought you were satirizing RFK at HHS!
Leaded gas didn't fully go away until the '90s, but it was mostly eliminated when deregulation-minded people at Reagan's EPA decided this was one area that needed MORE regulation.

It takes 3 years to qualify for ANY student loan forgiveness at ICE. Here's hoping ICE will be downsized before then.
