Ordinarily I wouldn't be able to rule out her being psychic on her reactions alone, because the magic in this is vague, so there COULD be psychics? And Lili would be good at hiding it. But I don't think she could have possibly faked that face in A Gift for Powers #2. The shock was just too sincere.
