Chat, what are some solutions to addressing helpless rage trapped in the body? Everything happening on the national scale in this country is a broader picture of things I faced in the 2 year court slog. It's blinding at times and I don't want to carry this anger forever. It's corrosive.

I have to regularly go into nature. Physical exertion plus zero unnatural noise is what it takes to quiet the mind. Alongside that yoga, cranial sacral body work and acupuncture.As a social worker sometimes I find talk therapy too cerebral, but coffee with a good friend is healing as well.
