My allotment is my therapy garden. Helped me in my worst time. Hands in the earth is soo healing. Also helps to have good clean food and beautiful flowers.

I have to regularly go into nature. Physical exertion plus zero unnatural noise is what it takes to quiet the mind. Alongside that yoga, cranial sacral body work and acupuncture.As a social worker sometimes I find talk therapy too cerebral, but coffee with a good friend is healing as well.
