This might be the old grizzled customer service rep in me but I have a deep distrust for the stores since they work on commission. I've spent so much time un-fucking their fuck ups. But again, that was a decade ago.

I'm absolutely sure your average call center rep couldn't give 1/3 of a fuck, but you might want to know how it's going to work if someone calls your regular number while you're in Japan
