What kind of rice are we talking about? Rice and peas, arroz con pollo, arroz con gandules, yellow rice, Mexican red rice. All I can do is make white rice, whereas my wife can make Mexican rice better than most restaurants, and nobody made better arroz con gandules than my Mom.
