I need a lawyer's response on this - and Marc Elias would be the one - if elections are run by states, why did the SC get to make the call? I know it is wonky for a presidential election, but don't they get to decide who's on the ballot in their state? Colorado was correct and SC overruled them.
Why Harris didn't say "Donald Trump is ineligible for the office of President under article 14 section 3 of the constitution and, I, therefore, cannot certify this election " is beyond me.
