14th Amendment says his being on the ballot at all was unconstitutional.
They stole the Courts and the stolen courts said it wasn’t.
That doesn’t change any facts. He was illegally on that ballot and never the President under the law.
People going along with his coup, like Biden did, were wrong.
Why Harris didn't say "Donald Trump is ineligible for the office of President under article 14 section 3 of the constitution and, I, therefore, cannot certify this election " is beyond me.
For the same reason Joe Biden met him at the door and said "Welcome Home."
Why would you say that to a guy who did a coup?
Now add in that the coup was against Biden.
What they did makes perfect sense. It's just horrifying. And, frankly, historically boring. Betrayals are a dime a dozen.
