I've always been up front about how much luck has played a role in my life. Yes, I work hard and am talented, as are so many other people who didn't have the lightning strike of luck. And luck begets opportunity (and more chances to be lucky). The very least I can do is acknowledge those facts.
Thank you for being honest enough to admit what most 1%'ers I've met won't: "I got really, really lucky."
