CVS online says it has the Covid vaccine. I saw that when I registered yesterday to get a shingles shot today.

Looks good. I pulled meat off a rotisserie chicken that last time I made soup from scratch. My current favorite canned soup is Kroger's Pot Roast soup. Really good for a canned soup.

I have not eaten fried or fast food for over 10 years. I don't drink soda. A protein & two veggies or a salad & I'm a happy camper. Many of my walks are actually hikes; walking a trail in the woods is my happy place. My neighbor does Keto; he's lost 200 lbs. Not for me. Whatever floats your boat.

I do this. I take a low-dose statin drug and walk 3 miles 5 days a week. It also lowers my BP and A1C. But I'm retired and have the time to do it. I also don't eat fried foods or fast food.

I live in SW Indiana. One year it was so hot here on Halloween the candy bars were melting in the bowl. This present weather is unusual. I suspect we're in for more hot days but probably nothing in the 90s.

Instad of walking, I mowed the front and back yards. Whacked most of the weeds and grass & sprayed the rest with horticultural vinegar. I'll hit it again in a few days. Hopefully it works. Don't like stuff like Roundup because it kills the bees.
