It's just sorta sad. We respond to them alienating us with pulling back from society but that just makes them more uncomfortable. There's no winning with NTs.

Omelette 14, pickled jalapenos, chicken, cottage cheese.
44 grams of protein I was suspicious of doing 'dry' chicken, but in the omelette, with the jalapenos, egg and cheese it was a good umami going on.

I still don't think it's absurd that people are fooling themselves into believing it's alive.
The grey area of association through patterns is difficult to clearly differentiate from how our minds associate through patterns. Esp. if someone gets all into the media hype.

Idk. Consciousness is one of those things that nobody really gets, and I mean, even the people who build these AI/bots have sometimes convinced themselves that it's the real deal.
I dislike what LLMs have done, but it's not really inconceivable that this would happen.
