Hand soaps recalled nationwide over potential for 'serious and life-threatening infections'

Thank you for this. What makes this worse, even beyond the fact that it's happening, is that these are dispenser soap refills. Unless it has a window showing you the brand, any random public bathroom might have these. Check the dispenser BEFORE you go.
