As I understand it, she is retroactively trying to some deal Epstein worked before he offed himself (maybe), to apply to her. Probably a long shot but hey with the christofascist on the SC they may let her slide.

Her conviction was upheld on appeal. Petitions for cert to the U.S. Supreme Court don’t really count against finality of a criminal conviction, as granting such petitions is exceedingly rare.
