  1. "There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect."

    These two things cannot both be true:

    1: throwing a sandwich at a federal officer is a violent assault worthy of prosecution.

    2: raiding the Capitol grounds, assaulting police offices & vandalizing federal property in an effort to interfere with an election is a harmless protest worthy of pardons.

  2. The Armed Forces make their oath to protect the CONSTITUTION, NOT the President. We are swiftly approaching the time (if not already past it) where they are going to have to decide if their oaths mean anything to them at all.
