Getting more than 3 dozen people to show up to a house in the woods near a mountain in Haymarket in 10 days is impressive. A+ job, Team Stewart.

    It was so nice this morning to greet the good folks from the National Parks Conservation Association and about two dozen of my constituents at Brawner’s Farm this morning in the western part of Manassas National Battlefield Park here in SD-30 for a clean up of the park they did together. #Virginia

    Gainesville/Bristow: I received a timeline update for the incoming modern roundabouts along Rollins Ford Road at Estate Manor Drive and Yellow Hammer/Song Sparrow Drives:

    PWC DOT will host a public hearing in early 2026. Construction is then scheduled to begin in fall of 2026 & end in spring 2028.

    Innovative transportation saves lives and I’m thankful for all of the citizen input to make the area even safer.

    Thank you to my Gainesville & Haymarket constituents who joined @jetforva.bsky.social and me at Haymarket ES yesterday for VDOT’s town hall presentation about pedestrian safety improvements for Somerset Crossing Drive. The proposal is a good start, though I call it the floor rather than the ceiling.

    ::ahem:: The Manassas-area Cracker Barrel here in SD-30 is clearly the premier place to go Barreling in NOVAland. 🚙Right off of I-66 and Sudley Road. 🍽️You can study at the NVCC-campus in the morning, visit Manassas National Battlefield Park during the afternoon and, bam, dinner’s right next door.
