I just assumed I had a stomach flu, but the flu symptoms were the sinus infection and the stomach troubles won't be getting better with antibiotics 😂😂😂

Two days ago I felt nauseous and dizzy at work but like..work does that to everyone right?
Yesterday I still worked but went to the doctor afterwards. I have some sort of crazy viral infection and got put on horse pill size antibiotics
