chat aita there were no washing machines & i waited 20 minutes for this lady to move her laundry over then i put it in a basket and put mine in and she came in and got super pissed because she was gonna do another load. she seemed like a nice old lady and it was jarring to be yelled at im shook lol

you waited 20 minutes, that's enough time to warrant moving her clothes. if she was gonna do another load, she should've been waiting. and that's before getting into if imo you're waiting for a machine, you should be the next one to use a washing machine

No, if you're that late to come get your laundry I'm moving it myself. I can't wait all day. Set a timer. You don't get to bogart busy machines because you need to do multiple loads. Old lady is being annoying and selfish.

20 minutes is plenty of time! i always set a timer so i know when mine will be done so i don't inconvenience anyone else. anyone else can do the same, especially if they're gonna be like that about it
