Congress needs to take back its grant making power. It’s fundamentally a spending power. It has delegated it to the prez. Congress needs to set up an NIH in the legislative branch as an independent agency like GAO, or CBO. same with USAID, dept of Ed, etc.

idk. i feel like T forceing the army corp of engineers to release critical water resources in california is worse. that water is a precious resource in california for agriculture and cities. it could have destroyed the levee systems if they weren’t able to scale back the release.

the biggest question for me is why is Trump acting like this. pretty much any witness testimony he can spin to his ppl. i was there to investigate and bring those criminals to justice. or they are all lying. the only thing i can think of is video/pics. there’s video of him doing crime.

it was a podcast i was watching on youtube where she told the story. i‘ve seen a lot of her appearances. i only heard her say that on one. i wouldn’t know where to start. if it comes to me, i’ll post it. i’ve heard similar from others about how business/lawyers are some of the 1st to comply.
