I enjoy canning, but I'm the only person in my household who would get any real benefit from it....
Well....I guess I could batch-cook beans and can those. But canned fruits? Too high carb. Canned veggies? I'm the only one who likes them. sigh

I was incredibly disappointed in the DNC when they skipped the primary in favor of just putting Harris in as the candidate. Walz would have been my 1st pick for the top position, had we been given the chance to have a primary.
