I'm waiting for the new Molly Tuttle album to drop on Friday. Sounds like she's going for a more mainstream sound, but the writing and musicianship remains, plus an all female band. If you haven't heard her, check her out.

Where I live we had a really tight rental market a couple of years ago, with vacancy rates under 2%. Rents went sky high. City approved many giant complexes and now vacancy rate is about 15%, some think even more. Have rents come down? No. RealPage and it's ilk are most likely to blame.
